Comments: Randy has been in the insulation business for 25 years doing both commercial and residential and have a somewhat sustainable farm. They were able to qualify for the Solar Sense incentive from MN Power, as well as utilize the investment tax credit and the MACRS business depreciation of the solar system. They now have a smart inverter that acts as their power company, in conjunction with the solar array. It has been working well since installation and has an ideal orientation of 37 degree roof and 170 degrees azimuth.
