Our job is to find and develop relationships with solar customers, then conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, learn local power company rules, vet the local permitting, create solar radiation estimates, develop power production forecasting, create product recommendations, develop project financing, 25 year cash flow spreadsheets, develop measurable environmental attributes, develop bids from the best local installers, provide closing documents, oversee contractors, power company interconnections and maintenance of the systems. In all, we offer over 35 years of experience in the renewable energy and general construction industry. Although we are not a “traditional” developer who ends up just installing solar projects, we assist our clients to accomplish profitable and long withstanding investment projects. So, basically, we offer everything from initial advice consultation to guiding the final contractors through the actual engineering, procurement, financing, construction and inter-connection to the grid.
